She discovered yoga in college.  At the time there were no yoga studios within an hours drive.  Practicing to yoga CD's and DVD's on her porch at sunset, was an amazing experience.  As a competitive collegiate athlete in Cross Country and Soccer yoga was a time of being fully embodied with out the competition.
After graduating from UW Platteville with a Fine Arts Degree she moved to Colorado to be closer to the Mountains for climbing. Niight then attended the Shambava Yoga Teacher Training allowing her to deepen her yoga practice and be able to share the amazing gifts yoga had given her, with others.  During her training she discovered Ayurveda.  As she started to practice the science, following the ways of living in balance with nature, made complete sense to her and answered so many questions.  She moved to California to study Ayurveda, and then returned back to the foothills of Colorado. This time to set up her practice and focus on Trail Running, which earned her 1st place in the 2011 Horsetooth Rock Trail Run Female (20-29).
Niight combines her knowledge and experiences collected throughout the world to provide the optimal path for health and healing to her clients.
Through out her life, Niight has earned titles and certifications in Reiki, Yoga, Professional Story Teller, BFA at UW Platteville, Meditation Teacher, Aromatic Alchemy, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner and Marma Point Therapist.
On her free time you can find Niight hiking, climbing and running in the foothills and mountains of Northern Colorado.
